PUBLICATION OF MANUSCRIPTS

All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Please note that IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library that does not meet IEEE standards


POLICY REGARDING NON-PRESENTED PAPERS

IEEE and conference reserve the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library if a paper is not presented.

If a paper is included in the proceedings distributed on site and is later identified as a non-presented paper, that paper will be still included in the proceedings delivered to IEEE. However those papers will be archived but will not be indexed or appear in IEEE Xplore. Copyright of non-presented papers is still retained by IEEE.


PREPARATION OF MANUSCRIPTS

Submitted manuscripts should be formatted in standard IEEE camera-ready format (double-column, 10-pt font) (paper format). The review version must be in English and not exceed 6 pages of length and Papers should be submitted electronically in PDF format (formatted for 8.5×11-inch paper) via the ICECCE 2021 Microsoft CMT submission site (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICECCE2021). Submissions must be original contributions that have not been published previously, nor already submitted to other conferences or journals in parallel with this conference. Submissions must include a title, abstract clarifying the relation of the paper with the topics above, keywords, author(s) and affiliation(s) with postal and e-mail address(es) and phone number(s). The paper must clearly state the problem being addressed, the goal of the work, the results achieved, and the relation to other work. Paper titles and/or author names cannot be changed and/or added to the papers once papers are submitted to ICECCE 2021 for review. Industry papers must be clearly marked as such, so that they can be appropriately reviewed by the program committee. Concerning length and formatting, industry papers must follow the same rules and guidelines as research papers. The Program Committee reserves the right to not review papers that either exceed the length specification or have been submitted or published elsewhere. A paper  must be registered by the deadline indicated below:

Deadline for Early Bird Registration     1 May 2021  


REVIEW OF MANUSCRIPTS

All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by the independent reviewers with following criteria:
1) Originality, technical correctness, relevance,
2) Innovation, Contribution to Knowledge Base and quality of presentation
3) Objectives, research methods, theoretical and applied focus, outcomes, and potential practical application.

An accepted paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors registered at the relevant registration rate.
