Dear Authors,
The organizing committee of ICECCE 2021 has decided to organize ICECCE as a virtual event on 12 – 13 June, 2021 due to following important points:
1- Right now many countries are facing severe wave/spread of COVID-19, the organizing committee believes that due to unavoidable restrictions and circumstances because of Covid-19, physical arrangement of the conference would be very difficult.
2- There are certain travelling restrictions across the word, therefore travelling to Kuala Lumpur for committee, authors and keynote speakers is either not easy or not possible.
3- As per IEEE guidelines, information and policy about IEEE virtual events at: https://ieeemce.org/planning-basics/virtual-hybrid/introduction-to-ieee-virtual-events/, the conference chairs and organizing committee beliefs that we can create ICECCE a virtual event. And now we are planning the event completely as per guidelines available in the link.
4- Most of the authors do not want the conference to be postponed, because some of them need publication for graduation/degree from their respective institute as a mandatory requirement, therefore, conference will occur on the current dates i.e. 12-13 June, 2021.
Keeping in view the above points, the safety of all conference participants we have decided to go for a virtual event. We are determined, working hard and hopeful to make ICECCE 2021 a successful event.
