1- Preparing the Camera Ready Version<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The length of the paper is limited to a maximum of 6 pages (including references). Each paper must be in PDF format, written in English and conform to the IEEE format available at: paper format<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Papers that are over the page limit and are not according to the prescribed format will be automatically rejected without further review. Papers submitted at ICECCE 2021 must be original and not be published or under review at any other venue. The papers should not contain any plagiarized material. ICECCE 2021 will follow the IEEE policies for the plagiarism cases. Papers must meet IEEE\u2019s quality standards and ICECCE 2021 reserves the right not to publish any paper that does not meet these standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2- Before Creating a PDF<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-><\/strong> No page numbering should be inserted by the authors<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-><\/strong> Add following Conference Header at RIGHT top of first page of your source file:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-><\/strong> Add the copyright notice to the LEFT bottom of the first page of your source document:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose from the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a)<\/strong> For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright<\/strong>
b)<\/strong> For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-3897-1\/21\/$31.00 \u00a92021 Crown<\/strong>
c)<\/strong> For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-3897-1\/21\/$31.00\u00a92021 European Union<\/strong>
d)<\/strong> For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-3897-1\/21\/$31.00 \u00a92021 IEEE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3- Verifying the Paper: Steps for checking or converting PDFs using IEEE PDF Express<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

ICECCE 2021 has registered to use IEEE PDF eXpress to generate and verify the format of all papers submitted. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE Conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

S1.<\/strong>    Create your manuscript(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S2.<\/strong>    Proofread and check layout of manuscript (it is highly recommended that this be done BEFORE going to IEEE PDF eXpress).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S3.<\/strong>    Create IEEE PDF eXpress account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First-time users should do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the New Users \u2013 Click Here link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

52056X<\/strong> for the Conference ID<\/p>\n\n\n\n

your email address<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a password<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continue to enter information as prompted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S4.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0Upload source file(s) for Conversion; and\/or PDFs for Checking (Conference ID is 52056X<\/strong>). Uploading a paper to IEEE PDF eXpress is not the same as submitting the paper to the conference for review. The checked PDF paper still needs to be submitted by the normal means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S5.<\/strong>    Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore compatible PDF(s). The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints and access to technical support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S6.<\/strong>    Submit final, IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s) as per the instructions found below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4- Submitting the Camera Ready Version<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Guidelines about submission of Camera Ready PDF at MICROSOFT CMT System will be sent via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10 May 2021 is the hard deadline to submit\/upload the camera-ready version via MICROSOFT CMT System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All your LaTeX sources OR<\/strong> a Word file in the provided format \u2014 Source files may also be needed for minor formatting purposes etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PDF version of your camera-ready paper must have passed the PDF Express checks. Please make sure that you submit the same pdf file which has been verified by the PDF Express.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5- Registration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
