{"id":984,"date":"2021-04-14T23:57:50","date_gmt":"2021-04-14T23:57:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/icecce-2021.icecce.com\/?page_id=984"},"modified":"2021-04-15T00:14:18","modified_gmt":"2021-04-15T00:14:18","slug":"update-about-virtual-event","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/icecce-2021.icecce.com\/?page_id=984","title":{"rendered":"Update About Virtual Event"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dear Authors,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organizing committee of &nbsp;ICECCE 2021  has decided to organize ICECCE as a virtual event on 12 &#8211; 13 June, 2021 due to following important points:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1- Right now many countries&nbsp;are facing severe wave\/spread of COVID-19, the organizing committee&nbsp;believes&nbsp;that due to unavoidable restrictions and circumstances because of Covid-19, physical arrangement of the&nbsp;conference would be very difficult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2- There are certain travelling restrictions across&nbsp;the word, therefore&nbsp;travelling to Kuala Lumpur for committee, authors and keynote speakers is either not easy or not possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3- As per IEEE guidelines, information and policy about IEEE virtual events at:&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ieeemce.org\/planning-basics\/virtual-hybrid\/introduction-to-ieee-virtual-events\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/ieeemce.org\/planning-basics\/virtual-hybrid\/introduction-to-ieee-virtual-events\/<\/a>, the conference chairs and organizing committee beliefs&nbsp;that we can create ICECCE a virtual event. And now we are planning the event completely as per guidelines available in the link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4- Most of the authors do not want the conference to be postponed, because some of them need publication for graduation\/degree from their respective institute as a mandatory requirement, therefore, conference will occur on the current dates i.e. 12-13 June, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keeping in view the above points,\u00a0 the safety of all conference participants we have decided to go for a virtual event.
